Delivery within Israel:

• DHL Courier: Door-to-door delivery for your convenience.

• Studio Pickup: Available by prior arrangement with our studio.

Worldwide Shipping:

• FedEx Courier: Door-to-door delivery worldwide.

Important Shipping Information:

• All orders are fully insured for their complete value, providing you with peace of mind.

• Each piece of jewelry comes individually wrapped, guaranteeing its safe arrival.

• The accuracy of the information provided when placing an order is the buyer's responsibility. This data is critical for timely and correct delivery.

• If you provide incorrect identification information, we cannot guarantee your products will reach you. Should products be returned to us due to inaccurate information you provided, you'll be charged a handling and re-shipping fee. Please ensure all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

• Please Note: If you are ordering to a business address, kindly include the company name next to the customer's name.

 

Cancellation & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shapirit Jewelry House.

Order Cancellation:

• Purchases can be canceled within 48 hours of the order date, provided the item hasn't yet been shipped to the buyer, without incurring any cancellation fee.

• If the purchase is canceled after this period (regardless of whether the product has been shipped), a small cancellation fee will be applied.

• If the order has already been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for returning the product to us.

• Cancellation notifications must be made exclusively via email to: shapirit.jewelryhouse@gmail.com.

• Shapirit Jewelry House reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time by notifying the customer via email and issuing a refund.

Product Returns:

• We accept returns of goods purchased through this website within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, without damage and/or signs of wear, and accompanied by the original invoice.

• Deduction for Diminished Value: Please be aware that if the value of the returned item has significantly diminished due to your use or handling beyond what's necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction may be made from the refund amount, as permitted by Israeli law.

• Return Procedure: To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us via email at the address provided in the "Contact Information" section. You must return the item within a reasonable timeframe after notifying us of the cancellation. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of our receipt of the item or notification of cancellation, whichever is later.

• For clarification, returns not in original packaging or those that have been used will not be accepted.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a return, and the customer is responsible for returning the product to us.

Exchanges & Credit Vouchers:

• You also have the option to receive a personalized credit voucher. Any item purchased on this website can be exchanged or converted into a credit voucher equal to the actual fee paid for the returned item. This is provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and without damage or signs of wear. The voucher can be used for 12 months from its issue date on our website.
