At Shapirit Jewelry House, we have developed a logistics system that guarantees security, transparency, and comfort for every client, whether you are in Tel Aviv, New York, or Europe.
Shipping: Hand-to-Hand and Worldwide
We understand the value of your orders, which is why we offer only time-tested solutions:
Free Shipping: We cover the shipping costs for all your orders.
Within Israel: We partner with DHL courier service. Delivery is door-to-door. You may also pick up your order in person at our studio in Ramat Gan by prior arrangement.
Worldwide: International shipments are handled via FedEx. This guarantees speed and reliability to any corner of the globe.
Full Insurance: Every piece is insured for its full value. From the moment it leaves our studio until you sign for it upon delivery—your order is fully protected.
Individual Packaging: Each piece of jewelry arrives in signature gift packaging, ensuring its safety during transit.
Return & Exchange Policy: Fair Rules
We strive to ensure that every Shapirit piece brings joy. However, we have established a clear procedure in case you need to cancel or return an order.
Order Cancellation
Within 48 hours: You may cancel your purchase without any fees, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
After 48 hours: If a cancellation occurs after this period (or after shipping), a small handling fee may apply. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable.
Product Returns & Important Restrictions
If, for any reason, a ready-made piece from our shop does not suit you, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: In accordance with Israeli law and international trade standards, the right to return or exchange does not apply to custom-made jewelry. Since these pieces are crafted to your unique specifications, sketches, and sizes, they cannot be resold. We guarantee that the final product will fully match the approved 3D model and meet the highest standards of craftsmanship to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Conditions for Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Items:
Condition: The item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and show no signs of wear.
Documents: The original invoice must be included.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 7 days after the item is received back at our studio.
Exchanges & Credit Vouchers
For ready-made items, you also have the option to exchange the piece or receive a personal credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price. The voucher is valid for 12 months.
